CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
  • The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
  • Turnaround time begins only after artwork approval and deposit payment.
  • Custom printed items cannot be returned unless there is a production error.
